While Pall Mall Money utilizes the excellent packaging services of The Mortgage Times Group we also submit mortgage applications to many lenders directly, we have facilities within our system to submit mortgage applications on-line with the majority of high street lenders. This service also allows us to submit decision in principles on line before submitting full mortgage applications on our client's behalf, a decision in principle can take as long as 24 hours or it can be instant, depending on which lender we use.
